Dispatch Time

All of our products are shipped from Edinburgh, Scotland. We try our very hardest to get orders shipped out the same day that we receive them. Our warehouse is closed at weekends to give our hard-workers some time off, so any orders placed at weekends will be dispatched on the following Monday. 

AU Delivery is on average 4-6 working days.

Please note that if you've selected our embroidery service, this will add 2-3 working days to your order delivery time.

We will keep you updated on its progress, so you’ll always know what’s happening. If you need your order quickly, do get in touch and we'll do our best to help.

Delivery Costs to Australia

Delivery charges vary by exact location and item, so enter an address at checkout for your estimate.

Enjoy FREE shipping on orders over $149! And no worries, we cover all AUS duties and taxes.

Gift cards do not count towards the free shipping minimum.

How are my items packaged?

We package each blanket and scarf as though it is a gift, because whether you are treating a loved one or yourself we want it to feel special. Everything is hand-wrapped with care and sent with love from Edinburgh.

We are also environmentally conscious and will wrap up multiple items together to save on paper and packaging. If you would like your blankets or scarves individually wrapped, please select this option at checkout.

Our products are well protected and ready to be gifted with no receipt or invoices in the packaging, so you can send it straight to the recipient!

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase so we accept returns, unused and in the original condition, up to 60 days after purchase. If you have a problem with your purchase, please get in touch immediately. We’re here for you every step of the way! 

We can’t offer worldwide exchanges so just make a return and place a new order if you were looking for a replacement. 

Unfortunately products which have been embroidered are unable to be returned unless faulty.  

Local Returns Address

To make shipping back to us simpler and at local charges you can return to our local warehouses. 

This is super straightforward and all you need to do is create your own returns label and take it to the nearest drop off location provided.

Please note that if no service is displayed when creating a label it may mean there is no drop off location available within approximately 15 to 20km of the address entered. Please clearly mark 'returned goods' and your order number on the outside of the package.

Returns Responsibility
Returned items are the customer’s responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so please make sure they’re packed safe and secure for their journey back to us. Please remember to keep proof of postage in case you need to contact the courier about your return.
