Dispatch Time
Our warehouse is closed at weekends to give our hard-workers some time off, so any orders placed at weekends will be dispatched on the following Monday.
Standard UK Delivery (Mon-Fri): 2-5 working days.
Express UK Delivery (Mon-Fri): 1-2 working days (order before 1pm)
ROW Delivery: 5-7 working days.
If you've selected our embroidery service, this will add 2-3 working days to your order delivery time.
We will keep you updated on its progress, so you’ll always know what’s happening. If you need your order quickly, do get in touch and we'll do our best to help.

Delivery Costs
Delivery charges vary by country and item. If you enter an address at checkout, you can then find our handy delivery calculator.
UK delivery is FREE for all orders over £75. For all other UK orders, delivery starts from £3.
Rest of World International Delivery varies, with duties and taxes applicable on arrival.
Please note, Gift cards do not count towards the free shipping minimum.
How are my items packaged?
We package each order as though it is a gift, because whether you are treating a loved one or yourself we want it to feel special. Everything is hand-wrapped with care and sent with love from Edinburgh.
We are environmentally conscious and will wrap up multiple items together to save on paper and packaging. If you would like your blankets or scarves individually wrapped please purchase them in separate gift boxes here.
Our products are well protected and ready to be gifted with no receipt or invoices in the packaging, so you can have them sent straight to the recipient's door!
We also offer a reduced packaging option at checkout where your items will be packaged with TBCo design tissue paper in an eco friendly mailing bag. Please note that fragile and gift box products will come in our standard boxed packaging. Only available for UK orders.

Returns and Exchanges
Extended Christmas Returns: We will be accepting returns on orders placed between 1st-24th December until 31st January, 2025.
UK Returns
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase, so we accept returns, unused and in their original condition, up to 30 days after purchase. For items purchased on sale or as online sample sale, we offer a 14-day return window. If you have a problem with your purchase, please get in touch immediately. We’re here for you every step of the way!
If you are in the UK, returns are free. See below for the rest of the world returns.
To start your return click here. You will be taken to our returns portal to create your return. Once submitted you'll be provided with a free returns label or QR code.
We’re not currently able to accept exchanges on UK orders during our busy season. If you would like a different size or item please return it to us in our returns portal here and place a new order. If your item was a gift you received we can offer a refund or credit note in our returns portal also.
Items purchased in store or online can also be returned to our store at 170b Great Junction St, Leith, Edinburgh EH6 5LJ.
Unfortunately products which have been embroidered are unable to be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
Refunds will be processed within 14-16 working days of the parcel arriving at our warehouse.
Rest of World Returns

We’re not currently able to accept exchanges on Rest of World orders. If you would like a different size or item please return it to us in our returns portal here and place a new order. If your item was a gift you received we can offer a refund or credit note in our returns portal also.
Unfortunately products which have been embroidered are unable to be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
Refunds will be processed within 14-16 working days of the parcel arriving at our warehouse.
